You will be the bridge between insight and execution

As part of our team, you’ll help turn a mess of notes, Zoom transcripts, intake forms, and reviews into a strategic web content ecosystem that’s visually compelling, emotionally engaging, and optimized to drive action.

You’ll collaborate closely with:

  • Me (Brian Lawrence) on overall client strategy, tone, and priorities
  • Our Creative Director to align content with visual storytelling
  • Our developers and support team to ensure technical optimization
  • AI tools and systems to cut hours off our production time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and synthesize insights from top SEO minds (articles, videos, podcasts) and extract the most relevant and practical takeaways for our clients and internal processes
  • Turn intake materials into:
    • Page structure and site hierarchy
    • Keyword-optimized headlines, H1s, and metadata
    • Copy blocks that reflect the client’s voice and drive conversions
    • Suggestions for imagery and calls-to-action
  • Build repeatable AI workflows to automate and accelerate production 
  • Analyze competitors and use AI tools to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Collaborate with SEO and creative teams to deliver results that matter—not just rankings, but qualified inquiries and real leads

Must-Have Skills:

  • Advanced AI literacy—ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and more (and you know how to prompt like a pro)
  • Strong understanding of SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), especially for local and voice search
  • Deep knowledge of conversion optimization and how to structure content for lead generation
  • Ability to write high-converting meta tags, headlines, and content with emotional and SEO impact
  • Familiarity with WordPress (primary platform), plus basic ability to navigate Squarespace and Wix
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Analytics, schema, and technical audits
  • Proficiency with keyword research and tools like SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or Ahrefs

Bonus (but not required):

  • Experience in the wedding or creative services industries
  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or AI visual generation tools
  • Understanding of UX writing and content hierarchy
  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Notion AI, Descript, Lumen5, or automation platforms
  • Experience with building repeatable workflows for content production or SEO strategy
